 Machineries

In 2003, Step Media ltd. purchased Scitex XLJet + 5m Super Wide Format Digital Printing Machine. This is the First kind of machine installed in Bangladesh. With this machine now, we can supply not only the superb quality prints (up to 8 colors) but also up to 16.5 ft. width print without stitch/seam for high quality backlit signage, which no one has until now in Bangladesh and in this subcontinent.

 Scitex Vision XLJet 5 is featuring 16.5 ft. printing width with double sided (reverse) printing facility with 740 DPI. The new system is able to reach speeds of up to 95m2/ hr (1,023 sqft/hr), increasing through put and cutting delivery time. Later on those XLJet 5 printers are upgraded into ‘Premium Quality’ for better performance.

 Later, Step Media Ltd. enhanced its capability by purchasing two Super Wide Format Digital Printing Machines Scitex XL Jet + 3m in the year 2005 & 2006.  Both of these Printers are  “Premium” quality which give more productivity with better quality prints up to 8 Colors. With this Additional printing capacity. Step Media Ltd., has become the largest Digital Printing house in Bangladesh
